• Only scan, test, or monitor infrastructure you own or have explicit written permission to access
• Not use the Service to perform unauthorized penetration testing
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Data Collection & Processing

By using AIGIS, you consent to us collecting and processing:

• Your IP address for security monitoring and threat detection
• Attack logs from honeypots you deploy
• Scan results from vulnerability assessments you perform
• Usage analytics to improve our services
• Account information (email, encrypted password, plan type)
• Communication data (WhatsApp number if you enable alerts)

4. Monitoring Consent

You explicitly consent to AIGIS monitoring your security posture and sending automated alerts via email, WhatsApp, or other configured channels when threats are detected.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

6. Service Availability

AIGIS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Detection of all threats or vulnerabilities
• Accuracy of security assessments
• Prevention of all attacks

• Use the Service to attack or harm others
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls

AIGIS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
